AFROSON1C X is a festival, an industry conference and a networking platform, built around the same room and the same weekend in Accra.

African music is moving fast and the audience is global. The infrastructure that surrounds it (deals, distribution, press, networks) is still catching up. AFX is built to close that gap.

The team has been producing live shows in West Africa for years, and brought GRAMMY-winning artists like PJ Morton and Denzel Curry to Ghana.

In 2025, AFX presented showcase stages at SXSW London and Reeperbahn Festival, two of the biggest dates on the global music calendar. In 2027, it returns home to Accra at scale.
